Every client project is different. Project scope, timeline, price and deliverables are always agreed separately in writing before work begins. A quote is not a binding contract until both sides accept it.

Payment terms, milestones and refunds are set out in each project agreement or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, work starts after the agreed advance payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Tribal 3 name, logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to Tribal 3 and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Ownership of the final deliverables of a client project is transferred to the client according to the project agreement, once payments are complete.
5. Job Applications
If you apply for a role at Tribal 3, please provide accurate information. Submitting an application does not create an employment contract. We may keep your details to contact you about future opportunities.
